CELBRATING AOTEAROA
We are learning about what makes NZ special.
We want to know:
Where are we in the world?  How is NZ the same as other countries and how are we different?
What celebrations do we have in NZ?

Can we change it?
We had a great time learning about changing different things.  We explored melting and freezing water, making goop with cornflour and water and cooking things.
We finished our topic by using our learning to create something to sell at a market day.  We made lots and lots of popcorn!  The money we raised will go towards buying our syndicate a wireless listening post set.  Awesome!
Can we change it?
This is our topic this term.  Add ideas and things you would like to learn to our wall wisher.  It is on the right hand side of our blog.

How I experience my environment

This term we are exploring our 5 senses. We will investigate what they are, how they help us and what life would be like if one of our senses didn't work properly.
Here are some catchy songs and videos about the senses.

We are learning about TOUCH at the moment.  Here are some photos of our learning.
